Independent procurement role
TrailAxis Source keeps side-by-side decisions buyer-led
Our job is to convert a fleet or project requirement into a supplier request that can be checked line by line. We coordinate clarification, candidate outreach, quotation normalization and evidence requests while the business buyer retains supplier approval, technical acceptance and commercial authority.
Start a procurement briefInformation we organize without inventing capability
Duty evidence
We record terrain, operating hours, route limits, climate, people and cargo. These facts help a supplier explain why a proposed vehicle and service plan fit the stated use.
Configuration evidence
We request the offered model year, seating, powertrain, drivetrain, braking, dimensions and option list. Ratings must identify the chassis and fitted configuration they describe.
Commercial evidence
We keep currency, quotation validity, quantity, MOQ, sample terms and included work visible. Unknown availability or lead time remains unresolved rather than converted into a promise.
Delivery evidence
We separate Incoterm, inspection, packing, documents, inland transport, freight and destination-side work. The resulting ledger gives the buyer a common total-cost basis.
Limits stated before outreach
Clear boundaries protect the purchasing decision from assumptions that no public page or preliminary inquiry can support.
Do you own a side-by-side factory?
No. TrailAxis Source is an independent sourcing intermediary. Factory ownership, capacity, stock and authorization must be established for a specific candidate through current evidence.
Do you approve a vehicle for the United States?
No. Exact-model FMVSS, EPA, import and registration questions belong to qualified destination-side reviewers. We can request documents but cannot grant an approval.
Do you promise a saving or delivery date?
No. Price and timing depend on final configuration, quantity, commercial terms and logistics scope. We compare current offers on one basis and disclose excluded costs; the buyer decides whether the result is acceptable.
Put the buyer's acceptance criteria in writing
Share fixed specifications, acceptable alternatives, quantity, destination and the evidence your evaluators need. That record becomes the reference for supplier questions.
